Sarah Shaw
Regional Vice President of Hospice Sales
Sarah Shaw is a healthcare sales and operations leader with more than two decades of experience spanning hospice, healthcare services, business development, training, and executive leadership. Throughout her career, she has built and led high-performing teams, developed market growth strategies, and worked to strengthen relationships with healthcare providers and community partners.
As Regional Vice President of Hospice Sales, Sarah supports the growth and outreach efforts of Infinity Hospice Care and the broader LifeCare Home Health & Hospice Family. Her leadership focuses on strategic market development, team performance, relationship building, and connecting patients and families with high-quality hospice care in the communities we serve.
Sarah’s healthcare career has included senior leadership roles in hospice and post-acute care, as well as experience in pharmaceutical sales and national training and development. She earned a Master of Science in Biotechnology/Microbial Genetics from Illinois State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Mary Washington.
Beyond her professional work, Sarah has remained active in community service and nonprofit leadership, including board and advisory roles supporting education and healthcare-related causes. Her approach to leadership is grounded in collaboration, accountability, and a commitment to helping teams make a meaningful difference for patients and families.
Harsalee Patel
Regional Vice President of Hospice Operations
Harsalee Patel is a Registered Nurse and healthcare executive with more than a decade of experience across hospice, clinical operations, quality improvement, and organizational leadership. Her career has progressed from bedside trauma nursing to executive leadership, giving her a strong clinical foundation alongside extensive experience managing complex healthcare operations.
As Regional Vice President of Operations for Infinity Hospice Care, Harsalee oversees clinical and business performance across Arizona and Nevada. Her leadership focuses on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, continuous quality improvement, team development, and ensuring patients and families receive compassionate, high-quality hospice care. Throughout her career with Infinity Hospice Care, she has held leadership roles in clinical operations, patient care services, quality improvement, and executive management.
Harsalee earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and began her nursing career in high-acuity trauma care. Her approach to leadership is grounded in patient and employee experience, strong interdisciplinary collaboration, and a commitment to advancing quality across the communities Infinity Hospice Care serves.
